For reservations and determining the preferential rate or discounts, as the case may be, our hotel reservation department will inform you if hotel rooms are available for the vacation period of your choice, and then establish the method of payment.

Any additional nights which have been used during the year to which they correspond will not be available after the year in question.

The reserved individual nights which are not used will be deducted from the additional vacation period included in this program.

A credit card number will be required as a guaranteed at the time of making your reservations according to the preferential room rates. if for any reason this allotment is booked, the rate to apply would be from 30% to 50% discount depending on the season. This rate is not applicable during the weeks which include Christmas, New Years, Holy Week and Easter. During these periods, a discount of approximate 30% will be applied to the public room rates in effect.

In case of cancellation within 72 hours of the arrival, the sum of preferential room rate for one night will be charged.

In those hotels, there is currently no maintenance charge, the preferential rate will be set by the hotel that your requesting the reservation.

The benefits of this program cannot be applied towards any other Krystal Hotel promotion or discount previously authorized and are subjected to changes without previous notice.
